These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, payments and visits to The Paddock. By making a reservation or visiting our premises, you agree to comply with the following policies and rules.

  1. Bookings & Payment Policy
  2. a) Deposits and Pre-Payments
  • For all table bookings for food, a deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final bill.
  • For events (such as our Boozy Brunch etc) and for use of our darts lanes, full pre-payment is required upfront.
  • Payments for bookings must be made online via card through our secure Stripe checkout system.
  • We do not accept cash payments for deposits or pre-paid bookings.
  1. b) In-Venue Payments
  • Once at the venue, you may pay your final bill using cash or card.
  • No credit will be offered and full payment must be made at the end of your visit.

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All deposits and advance payments are strictly non-refundable, including:

o          Late arrivals beyond the grace period

o          Customer cancellations

o          No-shows

o          Changes to group size

  • This policy applies to table bookings, events, and darts lanes and is clearly stated at the point of booking.

  1. Late Arrival Policy
  • We will hold your booking for 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time.
  • After this grace period, we reserve the right to:

o          Release the table or darts lane to another customer

o          Retain your deposit or payment without refund

o          Refuse to rebook during busy periods

  1. Children & Under 18s
  • Under 18s are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • This is permitted for food bookings only and during family-appropriate hours.
  • We do not permit under 18s to remain on the premises during later bar service or during certain events unless explicitly stated.

  1. Allergy Disclaimer
  • If you or any member of your party has a food allergy or dietary requirement, it is your responsibility to:

o          Inform us at the time of booking and

o          Remind your server upon arrival at the venue

  • We do our best to accommodate allergies, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared preparation areas.

  1. Darts Lane Bookings
  • Our darts lanes are a key feature at The Paddock and must be booked in advance with full payment upfront.
  • Your slot is time-limited and cannot be extended due to late arrival or change in group size.
  • No refunds will be issued once a darts lane booking is confirmed.

  1. Dress Code & Entry Requirements
  • The Paddock does not enforce a strict dress code, but we ask all guests to dress appropriately and respectfully.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of drugs or behaving inappropriately.

  1. Behaviour & Conduct
  • The Paddock is a welcoming venue for all. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour.
  • Management reserves the right to:

o          Refuse service

o          Remove individuals from the premises

o          Contact relevant authorities if necessary

  • In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

  1. Photography & Social Media
  • We regularly take photos and videos inside The Paddock for promotional purposes, including:

o          Events

o          Social media posts

o          Website content

  • By entering the venue, you agree that images or video footage including you may be used by The Paddock unless you notify staff upon arrival.
  • We respect guest privacy — if you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us.

  1. Private Events & Venue Hire
  • If you are interested in hiring The Paddock for a private event, we offer tailored packages including food, drinks, and access to darts lanes.
  • Terms for private hire may differ and will be communicated separately at the time of enquiry or booking.
  • A deposit and/or full payment may be required depending on the type of function.

  1. Website & Booking System
  • All reservations must be made through The Paddock’s official website using our in-house booking system.
  • We do not currently use third-party reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable, ResDiary), and any bookings made outside of our official site will not be honoured.

  1. General Disclaimer
  • The Paddock is not liable for:

o          Loss or damage to personal belongings

o          Missed bookings due to user error or late arrival

o          Reactions caused by undeclared allergies
